     He gained the rank of Captain in the Coldstream Guards.1 He held the office of Member of Parliament (M.P.) between 1900 and 1906.1 He was Colonel of the 9th Lancers.1

     From 9 April 1863, her married name became Robertson.1 From 25 April 1875, her married name became Robertson-Eustace.1

     Colonel Robert Jameson Eustace Robertson-Eustace was the son of Robert Robertson and Alicia Catherine Eustace.2 He married Hon. Katharine Legge, daughter of William Legge, 4th Earl of Dartmouth and Hon. Frances Barrington, on 9 April 1863.1 He died on 1 April 1889.1
     He gained the rank of Colonel in the 60th Rifles.1 He was given the name of Robert Jameson Eustace Robertson at birth.1 On 25 April 1875 his name was legally changed to Colonel Robert Jameson Eustace Robertson-Eustace by Royal Licence.2,3
