     Captain Reginald Fife Whinney was the son of Lt.-Col. Harold Fife Whinney.2 He married Bridget Coote, daughter of Arthur Philip Coote and Margaretta Wright, on 30 July 1959.1 He died in 1992.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Navy.1 He was awarded the Distinguished Service Cross (D.S.C.) and bar.1

Maxwell Henry Coote was born on 1 June 1895.1 He was the son of Sir Algernon Charles Plumptre Coote, 12th Bt. and Ellen Melesina Chenevix Trench.2 He married Muriel Evelyn Rich, daughter of Evelyn Arthur Rich and Mary Gray, on 22 January 1935.1 He died on 22 April 1981 at age 85 at Branksome Park, Poole, Dorset.1,3
     He fought in the First World War.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Field Artillery.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the Royal Flying Corps.1 He gained the rank of Captain in 1918 in the Royal Air Force.1 He retired from the military in 1929, with the rank of Wing Commander, late of the Royal Air Force.1 He fought in the Second World War, with the Royal Air Force, where he was mentioned in despatches.1

     From 15 July 1913, her married name became Jagger.1 From 22 January 1935, her married name became Coote.1
